  • Packed in original box with all fittings

  • Free from scratches, dents, or seal breakage


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed faucets or used components

  • Final sale or discounted clearance items

  • Custom or limited edition finishes

  • Products missing accessories


3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number

  2. State the reason and include photos (if damaged or defective)

  3. Receive a Return Authorization within 48 hours


4. Refund Timeline

Once the item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days

  • Refunds go to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

Return via a trackable carrier and pack securely to avoid transit damage.
